App Account Deletion & Data Privacy
If you are a user of any of our mobile applications—including the Joy Stays Hotel App or the Joy Stays Investor App—and wish to delete your account or associated personal data, you can request permanent deletion at any time.
How to request deletion:
Please send an email to our support team at info@joy-stays.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". In the email body, specify which app you are using and provide the registered email address or phone number linked to your account.
Data Types Deleted:
Upon processing your request, all personal information (including your profile details, login credentials, and app-specific history) will be permanently erased from our databases.
Data Retention:
We only retain minimal, anonymized transaction data where strictly required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance under local laws.
Timeframe:
Account and data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours, and we will send a confirmation to your email once the process is complete.
